My passion for my family was helping them grow up healthy. My family’s passion was to play and when they ate, they demanded variety. Funny enough, this has made a perfect Simple Health lifestyle combination because:

From reading different health studies, I discovered that a diet low in processed foods, sodium, sugars and fats, consisting mainly of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and whole soy products, like tofu could improve my family’s health fourfold.

For me personally, a healthier diet was the simplest way to fight disease and give me the energy and strength to keep up with my busy family’s demands – and trust me, even though my children have grown, I’m glad to say they still demand my time and love.
